Thank you Jody! I had thought the same as your thoughts on elec. collars. All of your suggestions were great. I will buy the "air horn" today, that's a great idea. The sit & stay command, Thunder does pretty well at this point, however I will work more on it . His immediate and unannounced aggression toward Spirit, which has only happened 2-3 times, makes me wonder if my voice command would get his attention fast enough at that moment. I feel the volume of the Horn may well solve that. If not I will proceed with your other suggestions. Contacting you was one of the best ideas I've had in a long time, you did all I had expected. Thank you so much!

Your written response was great to read, very informative and I actually copied this response and gave it to my neighbor. I also have contacted our local council and all steps are in place to ensure our dogs can lead happy lives next door to each other.
