Jody Epstein, APDT has a graduate education in experimental psychology with a focus in animal behavior and learning. She has owned dogs all of her life.
Jody approaches all dog behaviors from a psychological/motivational perspective, allowing her to explore the motivations behind the behavior. If we understand why the behavior is occurring, we can then effectively modify the behavior to one that is acceptable. Specializing in obedience as well as behavioral modification, Jody has been training pets and their people for more than 5 years. She has experience with issues ranging from indoor soiling to fear-based aggression displays; from pulling on the leash to refusal to walk in certain areas and much more.
Jody takes great pleasure in helping dogs become better companions and teaching pet parents how to communicate more effectively with their four-legged family members.
When not working or spending time with her family, Jody shares her expertise by answering questions on http://allexperts.com
